Clients are responsible for:

• Providing safe and unobstructed access to work areas
   
• Removing personal property prior to service
   
• Ensuring electrical and utility access when required
   
• Disclosing known environmental, hazardous material, or structural issues
   

Mach Insulation LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate work if unsafe, concealed, or materially different site conditions are encountered.

Warranty terms are governed by the signed project agreement and applicable manufacturer warranties.

Mach Insulation LLC does not guarantee:

• Specific energy savings projections
   
• Performance of third-party products
   
• Pre-existing structural conditions
   
• Conditions outside our control, including weather or structural failure
   

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mach Insulation LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services rendered.

All website content, including logos, branding, text, designs, and graphics, is the property of Mach Insulation LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

You agree not to:

Venue shall lie in the jurisdiction where Mach Insulation LLC maintains its principal place of business unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Mach Insulation LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

All invoices are due as stated in the applicable proposal or contract. Any balance not paid when due shall accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by law from the due date until paid in full.

Mach Insulation LLC reserves the right to:

• Suspend ongoing work for non-payment
   
• Withhold warranties or final documentation until payment is received
   
• Reallocate scheduled labor and materials
   
• Require certified funds for future payments
   

Suspension of work due to non-payment shall not constitute breach by Mach Insulation LLC.

In the event payment is not made as agreed, Client agrees to pay all costs of collection, including but not limited to:

• Collection agency fees
   
• Court costs
   
• Filing fees
   
• Administrative costs
   
• Reasonable attorney’s fees
   
• Pre-judgment and post-judgment interest
   

These costs shall be recoverable in addition to the principal balance owed.

Client acknowledges and agrees that Mach Insulation LLC is a material supplier and/or contractor entitled to lien rights under applicable state law.

In the event of non-payment, Mach Insulation LLC reserves the right to:

• File a preliminary notice where required
   
• Record a mechanic’s lien against the property improved
   
• Pursue foreclosure of such lien
   
• Pursue personal judgment against the Client
   

Client understands that failure to pay for services may result in a lien being placed against the property, which may affect the ability to sell, refinance, or transfer ownership.

All lien rights are expressly reserved.

If services are provided to a corporation, LLC, or other business entity, the signing individual may be required to personally guarantee payment obligations.

Failure to immediately enforce payment or lien rights shall not constitute a waiver of such rights.

Acceptance of partial payment does not waive Mach Insulation LLC’s right to pursue full payment of all outstanding balances, interest, and collection costs.
